As your wedding weekend approaches, every timeline is finalized, vendors are aligned, and contingency plans are in place. When the day arrives, you get to let go — to be fully present, soak in the moments, and celebrate with the people you love most.
I’ll be quietly managing the details behind the scenes, making sure everything unfolds exactly as it should.
Planning a wedding is such a meaningful season — and it deserves to feel joyful, not stressful. My process is designed to bring clarity, confidence, and calm from the very beginning.
I start by getting to know you. Your story, your priorities, your vision for the day — and just as importantly, how you want it to feel. From there, I build a thoughtful plan that supports those goals. I’ll guide you through vendor selections, design decisions, budget management, and all of the logistical details that keep everything moving smoothly.
Throughout the process, communication is steady and intentional. You’ll always know what’s next, what decisions need to be made, and where we stand. No guesswork. No last-minute scrambling.
Most couples book 12–18 months before their wedding date. If you’re newly engaged, reaching out early allows us to secure your date and begin vendor selections right away. That said, if you’re further along in planning, I’m always happy to explore how I can support you.
Every wedding is different. If your needs don't fit perfectly within one of the planning experiences above, we can discuss additional services or create a custom scope where appropriate.
As involved as you need me to be. I provide steady guidance throughout the process — from vendor communication and timeline creation to design refinement and logistical management. You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone.
YES!! The venue coordinator focuses only on details related to the venue itself, catering and in house staff. A wedding planner or coordinator works with you and your families, as well as oversees every aspect of your wedding, from start to finish, across all vendors and details.
I intentionally limit the number of celebrations I take on to ensure every couple receives a thoughtful, personalized experience. With that said I take on 8-10 weddings per year and only one per weekend so I can focus on YOU :)
